UK Dining Hosts Eat Well, Live Well Event
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 12, 2016) — University of Kentucky Dining will be hosting its Eat Well, Live Well event 11 a.m.–2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, on the Rose Street walkway outside of the Mining and Minerals Building. The event provides students, faculty and staff the opportunity to discover various health and wellness and sustainability services and offerings available on campus.
Campus partners participating this year include UK Dining, University Health Services (UHS), UK Health and Wellness, UK Work-Life, Student Dietetic and Nutrition Association (SDNA), Johnson Recreation Center and The Food Connection.
In addition to learning about the many health and wellness services on campus, participants may sample delicious food, participate in activities and receive free prizes.
UK students and employees who attend will also receive an event passport that acts as an entry to a drawing at the end of the event. During the event, participants are encouraged to visit each sponsored table and receive a stamp from each campus partner. Participants who receive a stamp from each campus partner will be entered into a drawing for $50 in Flex.
