Free Jin Shin Jyutsu Classes Available to UK HealthCare Employees

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 23, 2013) – All UK HealthCare employees are invited to learn how to relax this holiday season through Jin Shin Jyutsu, an ancient oriental art of harmonizing life energy within the body offered by the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center.

Markey's Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) self-help classes teach participants how to utilize this practice for stress relief and other uncomfortable body symptoms. The seminars, hosted by practitioner Jennifer Bradley, will focus on how individuals can use self-help holds on each of their fingers to control various stressful emotions.

Classes are offered the fourth Wednesday of the month from 1-2 p.m. in room 208 of the Combs Research Building. Pre-registration is not required. The classes are free of charge and open to all UK HealthCare employees.
