Mathies Named Lowe's Senior CLASS Award Candidate
Senior guard A'dia Mathies has been selected as one of 30 national candidates for the prestigious Lowe's Senior CLASS Award in women's basketball, it was announced Wednesday. Mathies was chosen for excelling on and off the court. To be eligible for the award, a student-athlete must be classified as an NCAA Division I senior and have notable achievements in four areas of excellence - community, classroom, character and competition.
