Phillips Names Maxwell Smith Starting Quarterback
University of Kentucky true freshman quarterback Maxwell Smith will start at quarterback in Kentucky's contest against Southeastern Conference foe Ole Miss on Saturday at Commonwealth Stadium, UK head coach Joker Phillips announced after practice Thursday.
