Kentucky junior second baseman Chris Bisson has signed with the San Diego Padres as a fourth round pick and UK junior right-handed reliever Matt Little has signed with the Detroit Tigers as a 31st round pick in the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft, it was announced Wednesday.
