University of Kentucky track and field star Ashley Muffet, who faces lofty expectations at the entrance of every meet, performed brilliantly in only the third week of the 2010 outdoor season, placing ahead of all collegiate athletes in the women's shot put and discus throw at the Tiger Track Classic on Saturday.
