LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 3, 2026) — University of Kentucky Alumni Association Alumni Career Services invites professionals at career crossroads to attend “Reignite Your Career,” a three-week workshop series designed to help participants explore new possibilities and chart their next professional chapter. Sessions will be held Feb. 10, Feb. 17 and Feb. 24 from 5:30-8 p.m. at the UK Stuckert Career Center, 408 Rose Street in Lexington.

The in-person workshop series offers guidance for professionals feeling stuck or uncertain about their next career move. Whether considering a job change, returning to the workforce after a break, approaching semiretirement or simply seeking more purpose in their work, participants will gain the tools and clarity needed to move forward with confidence.

A previous attendee of the Reignite Workshop said: “This workshop has been a great benefit at a pivotal point in my life. Now I am confident and hopeful for making a career pivot. I am taking away all the valuable resources available to explore my career path. I wish I had reached out to Alumni Career Services sooner.”

In a supportive small group setting, attendees will engage in reflective journaling, guided career assessments and hands-on exercises rooted in personal and professional discovery. The series will help participants explore possibilities, clarify goals and develop actionable plans for their career transitions.

Attendance at all three sessions is encouraged to maximize the program’s impact. The cost to attend the series is $75, which includes a light dinner each evening. Space is limited.

As the state’s flagship, land-grant institution, the University of Kentucky exists to advance the Commonwealth. We do that by preparing the next generation of leaders — placing students at the heart of everything we do — and transforming the lives of Kentuckians through education, research and creative work, service and health care. We pride ourselves on being a catalyst for breakthroughs and a force for healing, a place where ingenuity unfolds. It's all made possible by our people — visionaries, disruptors and pioneers — who make up 200 academic programs, a $476.5 million research and development enterprise and a world-class medical center, all on one campus.
