WOW American Eats gives UK’s campus a new dining option
LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 2, 2026) — The University of Kentucky’s campus recently welcomed a new restaurant, WOW American Eats, to Holmes Hall. The dining option features elevated American comfort food made fresh to order. WOW American Eats is open 11 a.m.-midnight Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on Fridays and closed on Saturdays.
“We wanted a concept that could fulfill late night options for students on North Campus once the dining locations in the student center close and thought WOW would be perfect to fill that void,” said Devon Hurley, marketing manager for Aramark Collegiate Hospitality at UK.
WOW American Eats provides a casual, welcoming spot to enjoy meals with friends or study while you snack, and features a variety of menu options to choose from, including appetizers, burgers, wraps and salads, chicken sandwiches, quesadillas, wings, tenders and nuggets.
The restaurant has 13 house-made sauces and vegetarian and plant-based meat options to choose from. Grilled chicken selections are also available for those looking for healthier alternatives.
For quick in-store ordering, the restaurant features self-service kiosks. If you don’t have the time to hang around, WOW American Eats is also available for pickup and robot delivery.
WOW American Eats accepts Flex Dollars, CatCash, credit/debit cards and cash as payment.
