No. 21 Kentucky Offers Free Admission for Match with Mississippi State
LEXINGTON, Ky. - The No. 21 Kentucky Wildcats volleyball team will compete in Southeastern Conference play in front of a home crowd for the first time in 2015 on Friday evening, as it takes on the Mississippi State Bulldogs at 7 p.m. in the friendly confines of Memorial Coliseum. Admission to Friday's match is free to all fans.
Friday's showdown with Mississippi State is one of nine Kentucky matches to be featured on the SEC Network this season. Paul Sunderland and Nell Fortner will be on the call for Friday's contest. For those unable to make it to Memorial, the match is also viewable via the WatchESPN app and watchespn.com.
Kentucky finished its opening weekend undefeated in the SEC, going on the road where the team first swept South Carolina, 3-0 (25-15, 25-22, 25-18), before taking down the then-No. 5 Florida Gators in an upset, 3-1 (22-25, 25-23, 25-21, 25-21).
