Street Reopened at South Upper and Scott Street

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 4, 2014) — The scene at South Limestone/South Upper and Scott Street has been cleared and all streets are open now.  They were closed for more than a half hour this afternoon as Lexington Police responded to a suspicious package at Arby’s on South Limestone.
