UK Dining Offers Meal Plans for Faculty and Staff

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 11, 2015) — The University of Kentucky has been able to expand its dining brands, enhance service offerings, commit to locally sourced food and provide healthier food at a lower cost through a public-private partnership for campus dining with Aramark. Faculty and staff are imperative members in the community, and the dining spaces are created for all members of the UK family.

The university has invested millions to transform the dining experience and to offer students, faculty and staff new facilities and more dining options. Faculty and staff block plans and flex dollars offer a great value and another way to build community on campus. Click here for an overview of all the meal plan options.

The faculty and staff 10 Block Plan provides 10 all-you-care-to-eat meals at Blazer Café and the Fresh Food Company. This block plan has an allowance of 50 flex dollars to spend at other campus cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. The meals do not expire and roll over from each semester. There are many on-campus dining facilities that accept both meal swipes and Flex dollars. Residential restaurants include Blazer Café and Fresh Food Company, which offer breakfast, lunch and dinner.
