HR Hosts Zoom Meetings for Remote Supervisors to Connect and Learn
LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 15, 2020) — As many teams work remotely for the foreseeable future, University of Kentucky Human Resources continues to support the well-being of the staff and faculty managing those teams in this transition.
On Mondays and Wednesdays, HR professionals will host Zoom meetings for supervisors. All supervisors are invited to attend, whether you’re new or experienced with managing remote workers.
“These Zoom events are a safe space where supervisors can talk to each other,” said Azetta Beatty, HR manager of Work-Life. “As the host, we’ll share tips on an important topic to managing remote workers, but these meetings are about giving supervisors an opportunity to connect, encourage and learn from one another.”
