It's Crunch Brunch Time
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Dec. 11, 2017) — After this long semester, University of Kentucky students most definitely need a break. Take a load off and come have some fun with Student Activities Board (SAB) at the Crunch Brunch from 8-11 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, in Memorial Coliseum. Enjoy free food, inflatables, free massages and, of course, free T-shirts! Students will also be able to participate in a pajama contest that will be judged by DJ Warren Peace. All pajamas must be appropriate.
Crunch Brunch is an annual event hosted by SAB’s Traditions Committee with help from university faculty and staff. It provides a place for students to de-stress during finals week. At the event, there will be long sleeve T-shirts, breakfast-type foods, massages, music, inflatables and craft-making. There will also be life-sized games like Connect Four, Uno and Jenga!
“Your favorite long sleeve T-shirts are back! Unlimited amounts of breakfast food, massages and inflatables are only a few reasons to take a much needed study break,” said Nickie Cashdollar, the director of Traditions. “This is my favorite way to unwind after a hard day of studying. See you there!”
SAB brings more than 60 entertaining, educational and enriching programs that are reflective of contemporary issues and trends to UK annually.
