Taylor Bennett is Coming to Kentucky
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 16, 2017) — The Student Activities Board is excited to announce Taylor Bennett as the fall 2017 concert. Bennett's concert will begin 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, at the Singletary Center for the Arts. Doors will open at 7 p.m.
Taylor Bennett is an up-and-coming Chicago-born rap artist. He successfully stepped out of the shadow of his older brother, Chance the Rapper, with the release of his debut mixtape 2013’s "The Taylor Bennett Show" and his first studio album 2015’s "Broad Shoulders." He has collaborated with a number of standout talent including Chance the Rapper, King Louie, Donnie Trumpet and Joey Purp.
“Student Activities Board is happy to present Taylor Bennett,” Clayton Knight said. “SAB hopes to give UK students the opportunity to see breakout artists before they become award-winning performers, such as our past concerts with Chance the Rapper and J. Cole.”
