Powers Shoots 4-under to Advance Through Local Qualifying
LEXINGTON, Ky. - University of Kentucky junior men's golfer Stephen Powers advanced through the first stage of the 2013 United States Golf Association U.S. Open local qualifying on Monday, after posting a 4-under-par, 68 at the Maketewah Country Club in Cincinnati, Ohio. The course is a par-72 and has a 6,855 yard layout.
