Meet the Wildcats: Zoe Collins

Meet Jordan ChaelLEXINGTON, Ky. – In preparation for the Kentucky women's golf team's return to the course in late January for the all-important spring season, UKathletics.com will be featuring a profile on each of the Wildcats in the "Meet the Wildcats" series. The weekly series is an opportunity to get to know a little more about the 2015-16 Kentucky women's golf team.The series continues this week with freshman Zoe Collins.Collins is in her first season at Kentucky after a standout junior career where she was a two-time tournament winner. She captured her first title at the Berkshire Girls Championship in 2014, won the IMG Golf Laurel Oak Country Club title in 2015 and placed third at the Stoke Park Ladies Open in 2014. Collins was a frequent competitor on the international scene as a junior. She tied for 19th at the 2014 Irish Girls Open and reached the semifinals of match play at the 2014 Irish Girls Close.Over the summer, she posted a pair of top-five finishes at the Stoke Park Ladies Open and the Irish Ladies Interprovincials.
