Kentucky's Tourney Run Ends with Five Set Heartbreaker Loss to Florida State
Kentucky pushed No. 3 Florida State to five sets but could not complete the comeback, falling 25-16, 24-26, 17-25, 25-19, 15-17 in the Minneapolis Regional of the NCAA Tournament. Sarah Mendoza recorded a double-double with 19 kills and 14 digs. Lauren Rapp, Blaire Hiler, and Becky Pavan also reached double-digit kills aided by 61 Sarah Rumely assists. Libero BriAnne Sauer had 23 digs on the match.
