Anya Kamenetz to Speak on Generation Debt

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 9, 2015) — Tomorrow, Thursday, Sept. 10, author, blogger and lead education reporter for National Public Radio Anya Kamenetz will speak to the campus community about generation debt.

Kamenetz is the author of several books about the future of education. Her book "Generation Debt" deals with youth economics and politics. 

Kamenetz will speak at 7 p.m. tomorrow, Sept. 10, in the Singletary Center for the Arts Recital Hall. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend. The event is free and open to the public.

The event is sponsored by the University of Kentucky Graduate School, UK College of Education, the Preparing Future Faculty Program and the Council of Graduate Schools in cooperation with TIAA-CREF financial services.
