LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 23, 2018) - Whether you're a casual gym-goer, college athlete or an Olympic athlete, the food one eats plays an important role in his or her ability to accomplish fitness goals. Many college and professional athletes have access to dietitians and experts who plan and prepare their meals.
For those who don't, we asked UK Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery's Dr. Kimberly Kaiser and UK Athletics performance dietitian graduate assistant Shae Carson for their insight.
