Important Changes Made To Better Serve Employees

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Jan. 5, 2012) – UK HealthCare employees can now schedule required Employee Health birth month compliance visits at either UK Good Samaritan Hospital or at University Health Service.

All UK HealthCare employees are required to schedule a visit with Employee Health during their birth month for a TB test along with evaluation of their MMR, TDAP and Varicella immunizations as required by Enterprise Policy #A03-005. Contracted employees such as environmental services must also comply with this policy.

Testing required for new employees continues to be done exclusively at University Health Service.
