5K Run/Walk Benefits Kentucky Children's Hospital

LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 3, 2010) – Kentucky Children's Hospital will benefit from Golden Corral's 5K Run/Walk to be held Saturday, May 29 at Coldstream Park, off Newtown Pike in Lexington.

Registration is $20 if paid by May 28 and $25 on the day of the event. Registration on May 29 is at 8 a.m. with the 5K beginning at 9 a.m. Refreshments will be available before and after the run/walk. Awards will be given to winners ranging in age from "13 and under" to "over 70."

Golden Corral has been a corporate sponsor for Children’s Miracle Network and has worked closely with Kentucky Children’s Hospital for the past five years, holding various fundraisers.
