Kentucky Children's Hospital Offers Safe Sitter Classes
LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 30, 2010) – The Kentucky Children's Hospital is offering Safe Sitter, a hands-on class for boys and girls ages 11 to 13, teaching them how to care for younger children. Classes will be held at 181 Lowry Lane, off Nicholasville Road in Lexington from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 29-30. The cost is $30. Deadline to register is June 18.

• Safety for the sitter
• How to call for emergency help
• Babysitting business skills
• Basic child care skills (diapering, feeding, etc.)
