For the 10th year in a row, Lexus of Lexington is raffling off a brand new Lexus to benefit Kentucky Children's Hospital.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 8, 2023) — Lexus for the Little Ones, organized by the MAP Foundation, is proud to announce its 10th annual raffle that raises funds for children's charities throughout Kentucky.

Over the last nine years, the Lexus for the Little Ones raffle has contributed more than $710,000 to Kentucky’s children — specifically, $300,000 to the Kentucky Children's Hospital for the renovation of the pediatric oncology Ocean Pod, $337,500 for increased integrated medicine and health services focused on pediatric patients and families, plus $25,000 for COVID-19 and over $250,000 to the Woodhill Community Center.

“We have been blessed with amazing partnerships with UK HealthCare and Woodhill Community Center and continue to be blown away by how our community works together to give back to those in need," said Rick Avare, dealer principal of Lexus of Lexington and co-founder of the MAP Foundation. "It is always a humbling experience and one that we are passionate about continuing for years to come.”

The winner of this year’s Lexus for the Little Ones Raffle will take home a new 2023 Lexus ES 350. Tickets are $100 each and a maximum of 2,500 tickets will be sold.

Raffle tickets may be purchased exclusively online here from MAP Foundation. The winning ticket will be drawn at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 19. The drawing will be held on Lexus of Lexington’s Facebook Live and viewable by the public.

As the state’s flagship, land-grant institution, the University of Kentucky exists to advance the Commonwealth. We do that by preparing the next generation of leaders — placing students at the heart of everything we do — and transforming the lives of Kentuckians through education, research and creative work, service and health care. We pride ourselves on being a catalyst for breakthroughs and a force for healing, a place where ingenuity unfolds. It's all made possible by our people — visionaries, disruptors and pioneers — who make up 200 academic programs, a $476.5 million research and development enterprise and a world-class medical center, all on one campus.

In 2022, UK was ranked by Forbes as one of the “Best Employers for New Grads” and named a “Diversity Champion” by INSIGHT into Diversity, a testament to our commitment to advance Kentucky and create a community of belonging for everyone. While our mission looks different in many ways than it did in 1865, the vision of service to our Commonwealth and the world remains the same. We are the University for Kentucky.
