Best Supervisor to be Chosen

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Aug. 29, 2012) — The annual University of Kentucky Work-Life Supervisor of the Year Award ceremony is one of the many initiatives in place to recognize talented faculty and staff leaders. The event provides an opportunity for the UK community to celebrate outstanding leaders representing all areas of the university.

The Work-Life Supervisor of the Year ceremony is about much more than a single award winner. Instead, the annual ceremony honors all those nominated for such outstanding leadership qualities as listening, feedback, innovation and flexibility.

If your supervisor does a great job motivating your team while providing a supportive work-life environment, the Work-Life Office wants to hear from you.
