Employee 2024 W-2s now available
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Jan 21, 2025) – Employees who chose to receive their W-2 form electronically may now access their form online through myUK Employee Self Service. Follow the instructions on the Human Resources webpage to view, print or download your online W-2: https://hr.uky.edu/myuk-online-resource/employees/w-2-accessing-online-statement
For employees who did not opt for an electronic W-2, the paper W-2s will be mailed no later than Jan. 31 to the permanent address as listed on their HR/Payroll system record. Please allow the U.S. Postal Service until Feb. 14 to deliver your W-2.
