Free Women's Basketball Tickets Available to UK Faculty, Staff
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 22, 2016) — University of Kentucky Athletics is energized for the 2016-17 women’s basketball season and is encouraging UK faculty and staff to join them for games in Memorial Coliseum. UK employees may show their UK employee ID at the door throughout the regular season (based upon availability) for free admission for themselves and one guest.
Upcoming UK women’s basketball home games at Memorial Coliseum include:
- Morehead State University, 7 p.m., Nov. 23
- Samford University, 2 p.m., Nov. 27
- University of Oklahoma, 7 p.m., Dec. 1
- Middle Tennessee State University, 7 p.m., Dec. 9
Kentucky women’s basketball is also encouraging fans to join the Wildcats in Rupp Arena as they look to PACK THE HOUSE v. Arizona State University 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 11. For this event, UK faculty and staff may show their UK employee ID at the Joe Craft Center ticket office in advance of the event (9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday) to pick up four complimentary tickets.
Those who are unable to pick up tickets in advance may present their UK employee ID at the High Street entrance of Rupp Arena to gain free admission for themselves and one guest, based on availability, in the general admission areas. Additional tickets to the game are still available for purchase through Ticketmaster.com. *This special ticket offer is exclusively available in-person and will be valid until 4 p.m. ET Friday, Dec. 9, or while supplies last.
