Instructional Video Explains Changes to CNS Online Service Requests

LEXINGTON, Ky. (July 9, 2012) ― University of Kentucky Information Technology encourages users of the UKIT/CNS (Communications and Network Systems) service request web application to learn about recent changes to the menu options. 

An instructional video and a quick reference guide illustrating how to navigate the menu changes are available at http://www.uky.edu/ukit/cns/service.  Anyone with questions can call (859) 218-HELP (4357).

The website will also provide information on a new feature for requesting changes to telephone options.
