LEXINGTON, Ky. (Aug. 22, 2018) — University of Kentucky Transportation Services recently completed construction of an expansion to the Scott Street parking lot, adding 27 additional parking spaces. The Scott Street lot is located on north campus and serves intermediate employee and student commuter (C9) permit holders.2

Located along the south side of Scott Street across from the Taylor Education Building and Dickey Hall, the lot provides convenient access to central campus, the Gatton College of Business and Economics and the College of Law. The Scott Street lot is also located in close vicinity to the Taylor/Dickey campus bus stop on the white route and to the Cat’s Path, a recommended campus walking route that is patrolled frequently by UK police.

The lot was expanded this summer following demolition of the old Scott Street Building.
