President Capilouto: Video update about UK Athletics

LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 23, 2026) — University of Kentucky President Eli Capilouto has an update for campus, members of the Big Blue Nation and the community about UK Athletics.

After the announcement that Mitch Barnhart would retire from his role at the end of June after nearly 24 years of leadership of UK Athletics, Capilouto said he would conduct a listening tour about future leadership.
