UK Alert

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 22, 2010) - UK Police have been notified of an armed robbery at approximately 9 p.m. Wednesday night at the blue lot of Commonwealth Stadium parking (south end). 

The suspect was described as a white male, 6'2", about 180-190 lbs with shaggy brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black, long sleeved flannel shirt with dark gray sweatpants, heading in the direction of Greg Page apartments.

The victim, who was a male on campus visiting a UK student, was able to get away from the assailant by kicking him in the face as he reached for a presumed weapon.
 

UK Police and Lexington Police are both circulating the area.
