At approximately 4:30 a.m. today, Friday, Jan. 14, UK Police were notified of a strong armed robbery.
The victim reports he was in the "blue" lot at Commonwealth Stadium near the bus shelter when he was approached by two white males wearing camouflage jackets. The suspects appeared to be in their 20s. The victim reports they physically assaulted and took medicine from him.
The suspects were last seen heading toward the area of Tates Creek Road.
Please use caution on campus and contact UK Police at 859-257-1616 if you have information about this robbery or to report any suspicious activity.

* If you notice anything suspicious, go to the nearest phone and call 911.
* Carry a cell phone or other personal safety device.
* Always be aware of your surroundings and of the activities of people around you.
* Do not travel alone after dark; always walk with a friend or with a group.
