College of Arts and Sciences' Podcast Features UK Air Force ROTC Cadets

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 20, 2012) - The College of Arts and Sciences produces podcasts that demonstrate work being done by the faculty and students in the college. Each week, UKNow will highlight a podcast. This week focuses on UK Air Force ROTC cadets.

Last November ROTC cadets ran 29 miles from UK's Barker Hall to Frankfort's Vietnam Veterans Memorial to memorialize American prisoners of war and missing in action.

In this podcast, cadets Christopher Corley, Melissa Matthews, Erin Jewell and Andrew Hoch, all of whom ran the entire 29 miles, discuss their experience and what POW-MIA means to them.
