IT and Phone Service Has Resumed Following Scattered Outages This Morning

LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 3, 2019) — All buildings affected by a phone and IT service outage this morning are back online this afternoon.  Information Technology Services and Facilities Management personnel worked on the issue all morning after a valve failure at the University of Kentucky Patterson Office Tower resulted in the outage that affected 25 buildings, primarily on the north side of campus.
