Portion of South Upper to Close Overnight Tonight

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Aug. 23, 2017) — A portion of the left lane of South Upper Street just southwest of Bolivar Street will be closed from 7 p.m. tonight to 5 a.m. tomorrow, Thursday, Aug. 24. The closure is necessary to accommodate a crane for unloading a 30,000 gallon heating oil tank on the University of Kentucky campus.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution in this area while the lane is closed.
