WUKY Programming Changes

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 1, 2018) —Due to some recent network changes, WUKY, 91.3 FM, the University of Kentucky's NPR station, is making some adjustments to its weekend program offerings.

"Undercurrents" will now run from midnight to 8 a.m. on Saturday.  American Public Media has decided to no longer distribute "The Dinner Party Download." If it emerges as an independent production, WUKY will consider adding it back to the schedule. Replacing "Dinner Party" on Saturday at 11 a.m. is "It’s Been a Minute with Sam Sanders," a recap of the week's news and cultural events – plus deep dives with artists, writers, journalists and more.

"It’s Been a Minute" is moving from its 11 a.m. Sunday time, where "TED Radio Hour" can now be heard. "TED Radio Hour" is a journey through fascinating ideas, astonishing inventions, fresh approaches to old problems, and new ways to think and create.
