UK Alumni Career Services to host Career Management Week

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 6, 2025) — University of Kentucky Alumni Career Services invites UK alumni and friends to participate in Career Management Week, Nov. 10-13. This hybrid event series offers practical strategies and inspiration to help participants grow, connect and lead with purpose at every stage of their careers.
Through virtual and in-person sessions, attendees will explore how to approach career transitions with clarity, strengthen collaboration across generations and find new meaning in encore career opportunities. The week also provides valuable networking opportunities with accomplished UK alumni and peers.
“Career Management Week is one of our signature programs designed to empower UK alumni and friends to take charge of their professional journeys,” said Caroline Francis, director of UK Alumni Career Services. “Whether you’re exploring a new direction, seeking to grow as a leader or finding purpose in your next chapter, this week provides the tools, connections and inspiration to move forward with confidence.”

Join a panel of accomplished UK alumnae for an evening of networking and candid career conversations. Moderated by Rachel Watts Webb, director of marketing and client relations at Alton Webb & Associates, this event is co-sponsored with the UK MBA program. Panelelists will share pivotal lessons from their professional journeys. Panelists include: Ieasha Allen, owner, The Melroy; Liz Bazner, marketing and strategy executive; Matia Carey, vice president of business operations, OMNY; Laurel Raimondo Martin, Ph.D., president, Junior Achievement of the Bluegrass; and Rachel Riley, D.M.D., owner, Midway Family Dental.
