Dykstra Smashes Javelin Record, UK Wins Eight Events at Kentucky Relays
Kentucky enjoyed a strong outdoor home-opener winning eight Kentucky Relays events on a sunny day at the UK Outdoor Track and Field Complex on Saturday.Raymond Dykstra's stadium and school-record javelin throw led the way for the Wildcats. The two-time All-American launched his fifth attempt 76.25 meters/250-feet, 2-inches bettering his previous personal best from the 2012 season by nearly three feet.
