No. 25 Kent Outlasts No. 11 UK in Wild 21-Inning Marathon
In the second-longest game in the history of the college baseball postseason, No. 25 Kent State got an RBI triple in the top of the 21st inning and held on for a 7-6 win over No. 11 Kentucky in the first round of the NCAA Gary Regional, hosted by No. 14 Purdue on a bitterly cold Friday night at U.S. Steel Yard.
