O'Brien's Walkoff Homer Makes No. 21 Softball a Winner
Senior outfielder Alice O'Brien went 3-for-4 at the plate, hitting two home runs, including a leadoff, game-winning blast in the bottom of the 10th inning, to give the No. 21 University of Kentucky softball team a thrilling 5-4 extra-inning win over Mississippi State in the series opener Friday night at the UK Softball Complex in Lexington, Ky.
