Ag Summit, Bioenergy Symposium This Week

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 15, 2011) — As a major land-grant institution, the University of Kentucky has a presence in all 120 of the state's counties through the College of Agriculture's Cooperative Extension Service.

With that in mind, what happens later this week at the Kentucky Ag Council's 2011 Ag Summit and Bioenergy Symposium will be of considerable interest to many individuals and families served by UK throughout the Commonwealth.

The Louisville International Convention Center will be the site of the Bioenergy Symposium Thursday, Nov. 17, and the Ag Summit Friday, Nov. 18.
