UK Horticulture Club Plant Sale is Coming Up

LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 29, 2014) — The University of Kentucky’s Horticulture Club’s plants are looking for a good home.

Club members, students of the UK College of Agriculture, Food and Environment, will be selling mixed packs and single pots of herbs, vegetables, native perennial wildflowers, tropical house plants, redbud trees and more during their “Spring into Summer Open Greenhouse and Sale.”

The sale will take place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 1-2 and May 5-9 in Greenhouse 12, located off of Hospital Drive behind the Agricultural Science Center on the UK campus.

All sale items are first-come, first-served.

The club is only able to accept cash or checks for purchases.
