"i Know Expo" Promotes Healthy Living for Seniors and Families

LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 12, 2013) — The University of Kentucky Sanders-Brown Center on Aging is a presenting sponsor of the i Know Expo which will be held noon to 6 p.m., Sunday, April 14, at the Lexington Center.

The free event  will help provide expert answers for seniors and those caring for loved ones, who want to learn more about the health situations that accompany caregiving. The i Know Expo will provide information about services, resources and support available to make the rest of life the best of life.

Attendees can listen to informative presentations ranging from topics such as health care to housing or talk one-on-one with experts in the fields of aging well and coping with disabilities. More than 60 exhibits will be available for attendees to visit and collect information related to their specific needs.

Admission to this event is free, compliments of the presenting sponsors of the i Know Expo: iTNBluegrass, AARP, Commission for Citizens with Disabilties, and Sanders-Brown Center on Aging.
