WUKY's 'UK Perspectives' Discusses UK Plans for Constitution Day

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 13, 2013) — WUKY's "UK Perspectives" focuses on the people and programs of the University of Kentucky and is hosted by WUKY General Manager Tom Godell. Substituting for Godell today is Karyn Czar, WUKY morning news anchor, who talks to UK journalism Professor Buck Ryan, director of the First Amendment Center's Citizen Kentucky Project, about Constitution Day. UK will celebrate Constitution Day Sept. 17.
