'Behind the Blue': Dean Mary J. Davis on the History of and Aspirations for UK’s J. David Rosenberg College of Law

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Jan. 22, 2021) — As of Jan. 1, 2021, the University of Kentucky’s J. David Rosenberg College of Law has a woman as its permanent dean for the first time in its storied history.

Mary J. Davis, who has taught at UK’s law school for more than three decades, also played a key role in helping to design the college’s expanded and totally renovated building.

Recently, Davis joined UK Public Relations and Strategic Communications' Carl Nathe for a "Behind the Blue" podcast interview to talk about her life, her career and her aspirations for the school.
