Dr. Bryan K. Williams is the EMERGE 2024 keynote speaker.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 1, 2024) — For more than 10 years, Commerce Lexington – an advocate for people and business in the Bluegrass Region – has convened emerging leaders from throughout Central Kentucky for a one-day immersive conference.

The University of Kentucky and our UK Online program is honored to be the presenting sponsor of EMERGE 2024. We are passionate about young people, their education, growth and development.

Held on March 12 in Central Bank Center in Downtown Lexington, EMERGE 2024 promises to be one of the best yet. Attendees will enjoy a full day of networking, hear from engaging keynote speakers, participate in informative breakout sessions – all while discovering ways to better connect and impact the communities where we live, work and play.

UK Faculty and Staff are invited to attend the conference at a discounted rate. Registration includes the full day program, luncheon, keynote speakers and an end of the event celebratory reception. Use the promo code SAVE10NOW for an additional 10% discount off the regular $225 per person rate. Click here to register. As the state’s flagship, land-grant institution, the University of Kentucky exists to advance the Commonwealth. We do that by preparing the next generation of leaders — placing students at the heart of everything we do — and transforming the lives of Kentuckians through education, research and creative work, service and health care. We pride ourselves on being a catalyst for breakthroughs and a force for healing, a place where ingenuity unfolds. It's all made possible by our people — visionaries, disruptors and pioneers — who make up 200 academic programs, a $476.5 million research and development enterprise and a world-class medical center, all on one campus.

In 2022, UK was ranked by Forbes as one of the “Best Employers for New Grads” and named a “Diversity Champion” by INSIGHT into Diversity, a testament to our commitment to advance Kentucky and create a community of belonging for everyone. While our mission looks different in many ways than it did in 1865, the vision of service to our Commonwealth and the world remains the same. We are the University for Kentucky.
