Summer Parking Permits Now Available

LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 1, 2017) — Student summer parking permits are now available for purchase in the Transportation Services office, located in the Press Avenue Garage (PS #6) at the corner of Press and Virginia Avenues. The permits are $9 per week and may be purchased for any number of weeks between May 8 and Aug. 11, 2017.

Transportation Services will control all student lots for permits during the summer months. These lots will be controlled for any valid UK permit. All employee (E) lots will remain on control as normal. All student lots will require any valid permit, which may include employee or summer permits.

Summer parking maps can be found here. As a reminder, some lots will change designation on July 1.

Please note that even when lots are not controlled for permits, they are still monitored for other parking violations to include, but not limited to, parking in fire lanes, parking on yellow lines, and unauthorized parking in ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessible areas.
