UK Hoops Selected by Media to Repeat as SEC Champions
A year after winning the program's second Southeastern Conference regular season title, the University of Kentucky women's basketball team was selected to repeat as champions by the media in the preseason polls as announced by the league office on Tuesday. This season marks the first year the Wildcats have been selected preseason champions since the inception of the polls in the 1990-91 season.
